Easy guidelines to ensure your smudging experience is amazing
BEFORE SMUDGING
Open a window for circulation.
Place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Keep burner away from children and pets.
WHILE SMUDGING
Never touch or move a burn while it is on.
Always keep the burner within your sight. If you are going to leave the room, be sure there are no burning embers and that the burner is off.
EXTINGUISHING
Don't touch the burner or the cover until it has completely cooled.
Make sure the Scentz is completely extinguished before leaving the room.
Check to see that there are no hot embers remaining before you place the ash into a fireproof plate, shell or bowl.
Traditionally the ashes are returned to mother earth by disposing them outside on bare soil.
